Ordering Process

Shipping Information

Orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your purchase order. On delivery, please inspect the outer packaging immediately. If you find significant packaging damage or material leakage from transit, ask the carrier to issue and keep a written record, and contact our customer service within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:If you find any defect or damage within 7 days of receiving the goods, you may request a return; please contact us.

Exchanges:If the goods you receive are defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days; a dedicated staff member will handle the exchange.
