Xresin (Dongguan) Plastics Co., Ltd. specializes in thermoplastic elastomers and rubber materials such as TPV, TPE, TPU and TPSIV, covering Santoprene, Trexprene, Sarlink (Teknor Apex), Kraiburg and Elastron, as well as injection-moldable ACM rubber, injection-moldable silicone TPSIV and custom materials.
Our supply network connects us with resin manufacturers including Celanese (USA), Teknor Apex, Kraiburg (Germany), Dow Corning (USA), Mitsubishi (Japan), Mitsui (Japan) and DuPont (USA). Our sales engineers provide end-to-end support, from base resin and additive selection and equipment and process selection to mold and runner design. Our material database provides datasheets, UL Yellow Cards, SGS reports, MSDS, and design and processing guides.
Core Business
- Elastomers & Soft-Touch Materials:Thermoplastic elastomers, injection-moldable rubber and silicone; high-temperature, abrasion and ozone resistant, with overmolding adhesion to PA, POM, PCTG, PE and PMMA.
- Distribution:Niche, hard-to-find, high-temperature and wear-resistant specialty engineering materials from partner brands including INEOS Styrolution, Envalior (DSM and LANXESS) and SABIC.
- Specialty & Custom Materials:Ceramic-like materials and PET/PETG functional masterbatches; our own plant offers color matching, compounding and pelletizing services.
