About Modified Nylon
Nylon (polyamide, PA) offers high strength, good toughness, wear and oil resistance and self-lubrication, making it one of the most widely used engineering plastics. Modifications such as glass/long-fiber reinforcement, mineral filling, toughening, flame retardancy, hydrolysis resistance, thermal conductivity and antistatic treatment significantly improve its rigidity, dimensional stability and heat resistance, enabling it to replace steel and aluminum in many applications.
Modified nylon is widely used in automotive parts, power tools, electronic and electrical structural parts and connectors, home appliances, lighting heat sinks, sporting goods and industrial machinery parts. We offer color matching, custom formulations and sample analysis to meet customer needs.
