Xresin PC natural colorable FR masterbatch: at 5–6 phr, 1.5–2.0 mm PC parts achieve UL 94 V0. Its natural base color makes color matching easy, ideal for all kinds of colored FR PC parts.
The challenge with colored FR PC parts is color matching: the yellowish or grayish base color introduced by flame retardants makes colors hard to hit and causes large batch-to-batch color variation.
Xresin PC natural FR masterbatch is supplied in natural color and can be colored directly. At 5–6 phr, 1.5–2.0 mm PC parts achieve UL 94 V0. This grade is bromine- and chlorine-free with a relatively high fluorine content and is not suitable for products with fluorine-free or PFAS restrictions.

Can this masterbatch be colored?
Yes. The natural masterbatch can be combined with color masterbatch or pigment to achieve the color you need, and we can also provide color-matching samples.
How much is needed to achieve V0?
At 5–6 phr, 1.5–2.0 mm PC parts can achieve UL 94 V0.
Does this masterbatch contain fluorine?
Yes, it contains fluorine at a relatively high level, but no bromine or chlorine. It is not recommended for products with fluorine or PFAS restrictions.
