High-Temperature Nylon Features
Low-Temperature Performance
Excellent low-temperature performance, retaining good toughness outdoors at -30 to -60 ℃
Connector strips and insulating housings, electronic valve parts, pump housings, household appliance parts
High Heat Resistance
Heat deflection temperature under load above 350 °C
Continuous service temperature above 260 °C.
Excellent Flame Retardancy
Flame retardancy rating up to UL94 V0.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
Chemical resistance comparable to fluoroplastics; only some strong acids can dissolve it.
Excellent Dimensional Stability
Special conductive additives give a low coefficient of linear expansion and low water absorption, resulting in outstanding dimensional precision and stability in molded parts.
Mechanical Properties
Maintains high strength and hardness over a wide temperature range, with good creep resistance at elevated temperatures.
Good Moldability
High flow and low shrinkage make it well suited to precision injection molding.
Electrical Properties
Outstanding electrical performance in high-temperature, high-humidity and high-frequency environments.
Wide Choice of Grades
A wide range of nylon types to choose from, including EMI shielding, glass-fiber reinforced, conductive, thermally conductive and chemical-resistant grades.
